1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NurtureNest platform and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account to access premium features. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Subscription and Payment
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel anytime via account settings. Refunds are only available within the first 14 days of a new subscription.
4. Permitted Use
NurtureNest grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our platform for personal wellness tracking. You may not resell, redistribute, or use our tools for commercial purposes without written consent.
5. Data and Privacy
Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We retain usage information for up to 36 months. You can request data deletion at any time by contacting support.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design systems, wellness content libraries and interface designs are the exclusive property of NurtureNest. Unauthorized reproduction or derivative usage is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
NurtureNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
